“At my age, there is nothing wrong with going out, and that’s what I’m doing,” declared actress Janella Salvador when asked to comment about the real score between her and actor Marco Gumabao.
The two were recently spotted hanging out at a bar in Taguig.
Janella clarified this. “This is the first time I’m going to speak about it. Hindi talaga kami nagde-date ‘non…,” the actress pointed out during the press conference of iWant and InDigital Production on Feb. 26.
“At that time It was not just the two of us, we’re with a lot of people. We’re friends lang!” she insisted.
iWant launched its newest three-part series called “Touch Screen,” which explores the impact of technology on human connection. It started streaming on March 6.
The three-part anthology is headlined by Janella Salvador, Pokwang and Denise Laurel. It tackles how people interact on and beyond their screens and how this affects relationships.
In the episode “Wittyrella,” teen fan girl Mandy (Janella) uses Twitter to get her celebrity crush to notice her, but finds herself in a feud with a famous three-word Tweet account, only to realize that the person behind the account is someone close to her.
Pokwang plays an old-school househelp who has been with a family for many years in “Vixee vs Inday.” Online dating takes centerstage in “It’s a Match,” with Denise as a conservative manager who met an app developer who uses dating apps for hook-ups.
“Touch Screen” is the fourth offering of InDigital, now streaming on iWant.
